Cambridge Upper Secondary Ages 14–16
Cambridge Upper Secondary is the next stage within the planned NIS learning pathway and builds on Cambridge Lower Secondary.
Further academic deepening
Cambridge Upper Secondary builds on the knowledge, skills and independence students develop during Cambridge Lower Secondary.
In this stage, academic depth increases further. Students develop their subject knowledge, analytical skills and independence and prepare for the Cambridge IGCSE route.

Cambridge Upper Secondary is part of the planned continuous NIS learning pathway.
Because NIS is building its educational offering in phases, this stage will not be offered in full from the start. As the school grows and prepares to welcome students in the upper years, Cambridge Upper Secondary will be developed further.
This includes determining the specific subject offering, the organisation of teaching, learning resources and the further design of the programme.

Cambridge Advanced
Cambridge Upper Secondary prepares students for Cambridge Advanced, the final stage within the planned NIS learning pathway.
