The Cambridge Pathway as academic foundation
The Cambridge Pathway forms the academic foundation of the NIS learning journey. Each stage builds on the previous one, combining academic development with enquiry-based learning, multilingualism, personal attention and broad development, connected to Moroccan identity and context.

The Cambridge Pathway forms the basis of a continuous learning pathway in which every stage builds on the knowledge, skills and development of the previous one.
Phased development
Our learning pathway grows with our school
NIS is building its educational offering carefully and in phases. The full learning pathway is based on the Cambridge Pathway, from Cambridge Early Years to Cambridge Advanced.
At the start, the focus is on the stages for the students NIS welcomes first. As the school grows and students move up, the educational offering will be expanded further.
Cambridge Upper Secondary and Cambridge Advanced are part of the planned continuous NIS learning pathway, but will not be offered in full from the start. These stages will be developed further as NIS prepares to welcome students in the upper years.
This allows every new stage to be prepared carefully, with attention to the curriculum, subject offering, qualified teachers, learning resources and the learning environment.
In the course of the school year we will share more information on our website about the further development of Cambridge Upper Secondary and Cambridge Advanced.
